  • Job Duties:

    -Searches and sources possible candidates for different client requirements to be able to provide endorsements for client's review

    - Screens resumes according to job specification

    - Screens applicants

    - Conducts phone interview to measure if the candidate matches the job qualification

    - Composes and emails endorsement letter to client

    - Schedules candidates for interview

    - Provides exact and correct details of interview by giving the interview venue, name of interview, date and time of interview

    - Reminds candidates of their interview

    - Monitors progress of each candidate

    - Requests for feedback from the client

    - Gives feedback to the applicants

    - Checks and responds to emails

    - Reviews technology, technical roles and technical skills to have a wide knowledge with some technical skills and roles


    -Bachelors Degree in Psychology, Human Resource or any related field

    -At least 2 years of experience in End to End Recruitment

    -With strong interpersonal skills, team player and goal oriented

    -Willing to work in Quezon City

    -Can start ASAP
