We are looking for a Recruitment Associate to be part of our Davao Office based team!

Duties:

-Conduct in-depth interviews

-Evaluates and examines the skills and competencies of candidates for clients’ requirements

-Profiles candidates based on specified competencies and qualifications

-Achieve recruitment goals and target

Qualifications:

•At least college level

•Excellent command of English both oral and written

•With clear demonstration of teamwork and adaptability

•Must have 3 to 6 months customer service/VA experience

•Proficient in google sheet application

•Can start immediately
