Duties:
Conduct in-depth interviews
Evaluates and examines the skills and competencies of candidates for clients’ requirements
Profiles candidates based on specified competencies and qualifications
Achieve recruitment goals and target

Qualifications:
At least college level
Excellent command of English both oral and written
With clear demonstration of teamwork and adaptability
Must have 3 to 6 months customer service/VA experience
Proficient in google sheet application
Can start immediately
