  • MVP Asia Pacific Inc. is currently looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join our client. The client has been helping employers find the temp or permanent staff they need, and helping job seekers find rewarding employment.

    The successful candidate will be responsible for:

    • Provide support to an organization in finding qualified candidates for vacant job positions.

    • Setup calibration sessions whenever necessary to have an in depth understanding of the hiring requirement.

    • Review a large number of resumes or curriculum vitae.

    • Screen resume to shortlist qualified candidates, based on professional and personal credentials.

    • Manage interview on telephones or personal meetings to figure out the matched qualities, before processing it to the hiring manager or key interview panel.

    • Sending regular recruitment reports to the manager on the status of the roles.

    • Work according to the rules, policy and procedures, and recruitment strategies of the organization.

    • Monitor the need for new employees for a particular post.

    To be qualified, you should be:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or any relevant field.

    • At least 2 years of relevant experience

    • Knowledgeable in sourcing for active and passive leads through various channels

    • Familiar in doing Boolean search to target right profiles needed for hiring requirements

    • Ability to effectively communicate with clients and stakeholders

    • Handles multiple hiring positions in various level (Rank and File, Officer, Manager, Directors, etc.)

    • Familiar with using a Recruitment Database

    • Preferable with background using FastTrack360

    • Ability to work within a team and independently.

    • Willing to work on a night shift schedule

    • Willing to work on a weekend schedule (Tuesday – Saturday / Sunday – Thursday)

    • Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
