  • The Recruitment Manager’s primary role is to provide support with the recruitment task such as CV screening, phone interviews, reference checks and updating the CRM accordingly. The Recruitment officer is also expected to provide support in ensuring the requirements of the Client are met on a timely manner and the ability to provide a report to the Client Success Team.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Performs phone interviews and asks pre-screening questions to obtain additional information from the job seekers.

    • Coordinates and setups interview schedules with the Hiring Manager.

    • Answers inbound calls from job seekers and attend to recruitment related queries via our Social Media Channels and Mailbox.

    • Records and updates candidate profile in JobAdder and other recruitment channels.

    • Updates the status of the job seekers accordingly

    • Formats resume’s and create candidate profile using existing templates

    • Manages files from CRMs and trackers

    • Improves company recruitment processes and suggests ways to improve existing processes as part of the Recruitment Improvement Plan.

    • Other duties reasonably within the capability of the team members may also be required from time to time.

    Skills and Qualifications:

    • Management or any related course At least 2-3 years proven experience in Recruitment such as creating the Position Description, Uploading the Adverts, Screening of CVs, Sourcing of Candidates.

    • Experience in using JobAdder is a plus.

    • At least 2-4 years of experience working in the BPO industry.

    • Has experience in mass sourcing or bulk hiring.

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills through the English language

    • Exceptional interpersonal skills and strong decision-making skills

    • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work

    • High level of self-motivation and the ability to demonstrate initiative
