  • Duties and Responsibilities

    Monitors and updates existing job description of each vacant position

    Fills job vacancies inside the company

    Assists with the recruitment process by identifying candidates, interviewing, performing reference checks and issuing employment contracts.

    Collates and file all necessary requirements of newly hired employees

    Administers the application of all employees to GCASH or BPI Banking for payroll

    Enrolls, un enrolls and collects weekly biometrics/ facial recognition data of all users

    Conducts orientation seminar of newly hired employees

    Conducts trade tests

    Filing and updating of Personnel Requisition Form

    Informing and updating number of manpower on site to planning engineer and project in charge

    Generates reports connected to his/her process as provided for by the Quality Management System of the company

    Supports all internal and external HR related inquiries or requests.

    Keeps up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practices.

    Performs other relevant tasks that may be necessary or assigned from time to time

  • Requirements

  • Minimum education level: Bachelor´s Degree
  • Years of experience: 2
  • Knowledge: Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Word
  • Availability for travel: Yes
  • Availability for change of residence: Yes
  • People with disabilities: Yes
