  • About the Company

    Open Access has been providing business process and call center outsourcing solutions to a host of international clients since 2006. OA is experienced in designing, implementing and managing critical business processes and call center solutions for Clients around the world from its Makati, Philippine operations centers.

    JOB REQUIREMENTS:

    • Post on all job sites

    • Source candidates based on manpower requirements

    • Help sort resumes and applications for job openings

    • Arrange interviews by sending text messages, calling or emailing candidates

    • Conduct preliminary or initial interviews

    • Administer all necessary exams to applicants

    • Facilitate client interviews if needed

    • Participate in recruitment events

    • Conduct job offers

    • Provide horizontal support to other staff members of the HR department

    • Performs clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, faxing, scanning and scheduling of meetings related to recruitment

    JOB DESCRIPTION

    • W/ at least 1 year exp. in the recruitment field

    • Can start immediately and willing to work in Davao City, Philippines
