Recruitment Specialist

  • The Recruitment Specialist position is primarily responsible in carrying out all activities for full recruitment cycle - from sourcing, qualifying, testing, selection, job offer up to on-boarding of qualified candidates for active vacancies. The position will also be supporting various recruitment marketing activities and implementation of talent acquisition campaigns through traditional and digital media.

    Primary Responsibilities:

    - Sourcing of qualified candidates through online/social/digital, job portals, institutional tie-ups, job fairs, referrals and other effective recruitment channels

    - Conducts paper-evaluation of resume and preliminary screening/interview

    - Schedules, facilitates and checks exams/tests and submits the overall assessment report to HR Manager or its delegates

    - Shortlists candidates based on the result of preliminary interviews and exams

    - Schedules and conducts briefings for final interviews, particularly for client-facing roles or positions

    - Conducts background checks and employment verification with selected candidates

    - Prepares and executes job offers and employment contracts

    - Updates applicant records and application information in recruitment system

    - Updates and reviews job descriptions

    - Monitors and updates job advertisements and postings on online/internet, job portals and other recruitment channels

    - Develops and maintains recruitment networks to ensure a steady pool of applicants across positions

    - Prepares periodical and ad hoc recruitment reports

    - Researches market trends and related insights on sourcing and talent acquisition. The outcome of the research should help in crafting strategic recruitment campaigns and marketing efforts to deliver various opportunities for the company and its clients.

    - Represents the company for external activities and events related to recruitment and hiring

    - Supports other related HR and administration tasks on an ad hoc basis or as required


    - Graduate of any 4 year course

    - Minimum 2 years work experience particularly in recruitment or hiring capacity

    - Proven experience in targeted and large volume hiring

    - Excellent English communications skills, both verbal and written

    - Computer and internet savvy, with proficiency level in Microsoft Office Applications (Office365) and Social media (Facebook, LinkedIN, Twitter and IG)

    - Agile and flexible but with a desirable skill in priority and time management

    - Has passion for continues improvement and learning

    - Result-oriented and maintains high degree of efficiency

    - Prudent and maintains utmost confidentiality of information

    - Able to start immediately

    - Willing to work in Clark, Pampanga
