Recruitment Specialist

Job Description

• Determines applicant requirements by studying job description and job qualifications.
• Attracts applicants by placing job advertisements, contacting recruiters, and job sites.
• Determines applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants, analyzing responses, verifying references, and
comparing qualifications to job requirements.
• Arranges interviews by coordinating schedules with applicants and clients
• Evaluates applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with managers
• Improves organization attractiveness by recommending new policies and practices; monitoring job offers and
compensation practices; and emphasizing benefits and perks.
• Serves as liaison between the company and its clients to ensure client satisfaction
• Interacts with existing clients and internal contacts as scheduled.
• Organizes meeting with clients to discuss recruitment needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology/Human Resources or any related field
• At least 3 years of work experience in the Recruitment field is required for this position.
• Preferably has experience recruiting in Australia
• Experience in candidate sourcing and management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Requirements

• Minimum education level: Bachelor´s Degree
• 3 years of experience
