    • Screen applicants qualifications

    • Conduct initial interview

    • Administer exams (knowledge and skills)

    • Schedule and facilitate final/panel interview

    • Prepare summary of evaluation and recommendation

    • Monitor and analyze employee turnover report/attrition.

    • Conduct exit interviews

    • Preparation of attrition report
