  • • Generate qualified candidates for presentation to assigned clients/accounts.

    • Conduct initial evaluation, interview and screening of application to fill the job orders overseas.

    • Call and schedule applicants who applied online for preliminary interview, screening, and profiling.

    • Create / update online database for client presentation such as candidate profiles, recorded videos and phone interview of the applicants.

    • Prepare necessary documents for documentation and processing.

    • Prepare and generate recruitment reports for each position/client for submission to RS/RH.

    • Undertake general clerical duties in relation to recruitment process including filing, photocopying and sorting of files.

    • Attend phone calls from candidates daily.

    • Assist applicants/employers and other staff during the interviews if requested.

    Experience in international recruitment is highly preferred.

  • Minimum education level: Bachelor´s Degree
