DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Attains monthly production target.

Performs talent bank and ad recruitment (including drafting of the advertisement) for client accounts assigned through sourcing, interviewing, evaluation of test results and the conduct of background investigation for the choice candidate.

Develops and maintains client business relationships through account management and coordination, particularly in scheduling for candidates’ interviews with the client and assisting them during the conduct of their interviews.

Ensures timely delivery of shortlists and reports to clients.

Knowledgeable of targeted selection process through resume screening, in-depth interviewing and psychological testing administration/interpretation:

Conducting and preparing character reference check reports.

Illustrating the company client’s profile to qualified candidates and encouraging them to comply with the endorsement processes.

Discusses the compensation and benefits package offered to the client’s choice candidate/s and voluntarily monitors the completion of their pre-employment requirements.

Prepares weekly and monthly production and collection reports for the information of Management.

Personally meets with clients during production calls.

Qualifications:

BS Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration or relevant

Proven experience as a Recruitment Specialist, Recruiter, or similar role

Hands-on experience with the largest job sites like Monster, Indeed, Jobstreet, etc.

Knowledge of sourcing techniques on social media and niche professional websites like LinkedIn,

Familiarity with applicant tracking systems

Strong interpersonal skills

Good written and verbal communications skills

Team spirit

Amenable to work in Ayala Makati
