  • JOB PURPOSE/MISSION/SUMMARY:

    The Recruitment Team Leader will be responsible for guiding a team dedicated to the management of the end-to-end recruitment activity of Cebu site and identified activities in North America and Asia Pacific.

    This role will work closely with relevant stakeholders while contributing to the resourcing needs and long-term goals of HR Cebu.



    KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES / KEY JOB FUNCTIONS:

    Contributes to the design of the annual recruitment strategies and initiatives.



    Leads and implements the recruitment strategies, initiatives, and projects.

    Manage and monitor end to end recruitment activity in line with key organizational requirements.

    Responsible for guiding a team through the day to day workload, ensuring operational excellence expectations and recruitment KPI’s/metrics are met.

    First point of escalation of recruitment issues.

    Lead and contribute to the development, review, enhancement and implementation of recruitment policies and procedures to meet labor, organizational and operational efficiency needs, while identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and best practices.

    Lead and contribute to the development, review, enhancement and implementation of recruitment programs (Ex. COP and CRP) and identify opportunities for improvement and best practices.

    Monitor industry best practice and identify opportunities for LRDC to remain competitive in the current market to ensure we can attract the best talents and build an ongoing pipeline for future vacancies.

    Maintain an up to date working knowledge of our industry and of NA and AP labor regulations to provide advice and guidance to relevant stakeholders, including Recruiters, Hiring Managers and HR Business Partners.

    Work cooperatively and collaboratively with NA and AP Recruiters to deliver high quality, consistent services to internal and external stakeholders.

    Prepare monthly recruitment reports and business presentations as needed. These includes the recruitment KPI’s/metrics, job boards, market intelligence and best practices.

    Analyze performance of data search tools and job portals like Talemetry, LinkedIn, Indeed, and Jobstreet and vendors like Headhunters and make recommendations to the Recruitment Manager.

    Provide inputs to the bi-annual performance assessment of the Cebu Sourcing Specialist and Recruitment Specialists.



    COMPETENCIES, SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE & ABILITIES:

    Demonstrated experience in leading and coaching a team through the recruitment life cycle while delivering high quality, excellent end-to-end recruitment and an excellent candidate experience.

    Knowledge of the current recruiting market (Cebu, NA and AP), to attract a high caliber of potential candidates for vacant positions and build talent pipelines that align with workforce planning and organizational goals.

    Proven capability in recruitment analysis and development of process matrices for contribution to continuous improvement.

    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to tailor delivery to varying stakeholder levels and preferences.

    Strong attention to detail with an ability to manage competing priorities and maintain quality service delivery when working under pressure.

    Respect for confidential information obtained internally and externally.

    A collaborative approach to building professional relationships and working within a team to contribute to the team objectives.

    Sense of urgency and ability to assess and meet priorities through good time management coupled with a high level of initiative and ability to work independently where required.

    Tactful and discrete when dealing with internal and external stakeholders with the flexible ability to adapt to a changing environment while dealing with some ambiguity.



    EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & CERTIFICATIONS BASIC REQUIREMENTS:

    Graduate of any Behavioral Science courses or other relevant discipline.

    At least 5-years of relevant work experience.
