  •  Plans and develop health prevention programs.

     Provides necessary assistance to all employees in the proper take of medicines.

     Advise the company, staff and workers on matters of health and safety for their guidance.

     Conducts first aide and healthy work habits orientation to all employees.

     Checks workplace to detect unsafe condition and make a report in carrying out the provision of health and safety conditions and practices of all employees.

     Maintains an accident/ illness record system.

     Reviews result of accident/ illness investigation and implementation of accident/ illness prevention.

     Maintains and keep medical records of all employees.

     Facilitates the annual medical examination of all employees and promotes immunization of all employees.

     Maintains the first aid kit.

     Monitors and identify the medicines needed and conducts inventory of medicines and other medical supplies.

     Maintains quarterly report on employees health status, specifically employees with frequent occurrence of health problems.

     Submit Monthly Accident Report

     Submit SSS sickness and maternity notification.

     Prepare and distribute all internal memorandums about health.

     Responsible to research or analyze to identify risk factors in the Company workplace, such as the factory surroundings, production area and the office area.

     Perform other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.

     Assist all employees and guests in medical and health related issues.

     Provide accurate advice and help for all employees and guest in Health and sickness solutions.

     Assist employees to Hospital visits and treatments when necessary.

     Assist to set up a wellness program for the hotel.

     Co-organize associate events and social activities for employees.

     Provides first aid/nursing to all employees.

     Promotes company health and safety-related programs.

     Acts as HR Coordinator and organizer in the Annual medical check-ups of employees.

     And others instructed by Head/ Superior.
