  • REGIONAL SALES MANAGER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    1. Manages conflicts regarding penetration and overlapping of area of distribution.

    2. Responsible for channel development and implementation of strategic programs in the assigned territory.

    3. Develops merchandising strategies and programs within the assigned territory;

    · Monitors product off take / pricing / merchandising / POP Materials;

    4. Ensures that the set sale strategies and initiatives are implemented according to schedule.

    5. Regularly prepares and timely submission of report on sales achievement.

    6. Business Development

    a. Conduct marketing campaigns to promote brand awareness and to build product demand at the retailer level

    b. Gather information from partners and other interested parties potential business opportunities.

    7. Account Management

    a. Maintains a sound productive business relationships with distributors and build good interaction with other interested parties within the assigned Area;

    b. Ensures that good practices perceived by distributors are maintained. Takes note of the concerns raised by existing distributors and closely collaborate with other departments in coming up with applicable resolutions;

    c. Regularly do follow-ups PO’s and monitor deliveries per distributor;

    d. Ensures that product placement is according to agreement;

    e. Negotiates increase in sales booking with existing distributors, facilitates on time product replenishment and provide inputs or suggestions on marketing strategies that will help boost sales;

    8. Ensure that SOA is always updated per Distributor Specialists.

    9. Ensure that Inventory per Distributor is Always updated.

    10. Ensure that BO Policy is strictly Implemented.

    11. Ensure that the given Sales Target is achieved.

    12. Perform other sales related duties that may be assigned from time to time.

  • Minimum education level: Bachelor´s Degree
  • 3 years of experience
  • Language(s): English
  • Knowledge: Analysis, Customer service, Communication and persuasion, Creativity, Sales Management, Management, Cost management, Team management, Commercial skills / Networking, Marketing, Strategic Marketing, Presentations, Sales
  • Availability for travel: No
