  • POSITION SUMMARY STATEMENT (defines the major functions/purpose of the position
    • Responsible for planning, initiating, developing, implementing, evaluating and marketing activities, promotions and business development initiatives related to supporting and driving sales of Independent Members in the assigned region.
    • Analyze market, competitive and regional information to identify key markets.
    • Identify and develop potential business growth opportunities in the assigned region in coordination with sales leaders & members.
    • Build strategic relationships with sales leaders and organizations within the assigned region.
    • Manage day-to-day sales functions to ensure that the requirements of the sales leaders and organizations/independent members are met in the most efficient and cost-effective manner.

    SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
    • Direct, lead and supervise the staff in the assigned regional office/QRC in coordination with the Sales Manager, Business Development Manager, Senior Operations Manager & Member Services Manager.

    • Work closely with the staff in Sales, Marketing, MS, and Logistics teams to ensure the smooth flow of operations in the regional office/QRC.

    ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIPS

    • Interacts with all levels throughout the organization members, customers

    DETAILED RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES: List the expectations for each job responsibility including quality and quantity standards to which the incumbent is required to perform and receive a rating for during the Performance Appraisal.

    1. Sales & Marketing and Administrative Support


    • Ensure that promotions, incentives, events, recognition and updates on products and literature/flyers and other information related to the company is communicated accurately, effectively and efficiently to the distributor base. This is accomplished through a variety of communication channels which includes but is not limited to fax, email, SMS (Short messaging service), the company websites, conference calls and meetings.

    • Organize cost-effective local events - venue, AV equipment vendors and other requirements. Coordinate, promote and organize events such as the Monthly Mega HOM/HOM, education & training initiatives and other corporate-run activities. This involves working with distributors and corporate staff in setting up the registration/reception area, speakers meetings or conference calls, audio and visual requirements etc.

    • Support international events by effective communication of event details and requirements to distributors. Act as a support team member in the assigned unit for international events.

    • Relay updated information to distributors from the different departments. Be able to answer distributors’ questions and provide related information regarding qualifications, promotions and events in a timely and professional manner.

    2. Business Development and Field Support

    • Analyze sales and business trends and liaise closely with local S&P, TAB Team members to keep them abreast of emerging direction and changes in the market place. Manage productivity in the assigned region.

    • Share best business practices among members in the region.

    • Monitor the trend and movement of the members in the region.

    • Consistently visit S&P, TAB Team members, Nutrition Clubs on a regular basis and provide value-based business intelligence.

    o Add business value to members at all times through support & recognition of members’ objectives and business efforts. Must at all times conduct oneself as an ambassador of the company and products.

    • Prepare monthly reports with accurate statistics

    • Secure qualification and attendance of members for local, national & international events

    • Secure qualification of leaders and members in promotions

    • Prepare monthly sales forecast based on for provided data, sales leaders’ forecast and sales trending

    3. Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and E-mail). Reports and monitors the daily, weekly and monthly workflow in the region.

    4. Identify conflicts and potential threats to business, immediately and effectively communicate and elevate concerns to the company Management through the Sales Manager. Manage key issues in the region.


    5. Clearly understand departmental policies, procedures and practices and operate within the daily workflow of the Sales and Marketing Team. Perform his/her role and be able to come up with sound decisions quickly which are based on facts in consultation and coordination with the Sales Manager.

    6. Punctuality should be observed at all times. Local and overseas travel, overtime and weekend work will be required based on deadlines and department need. Compensatory leave may be availed in lieu of weekend and overtime work.
