  • At TaskUs, the Welfare & Wellbeing Manager (WWM) is a Safety & Security Manager. This is your entry into the BPO industry, which will pave your way to becoming a successful Regional Welfare and Wellbeing Manager. So, what does a WWM really do?

    The Welfare and Wellbeing Manager is responsible for implementation of the company’s environmental health and safety strategies by designing and implementing risk reduction policies and practices. You will oversee the day to day support for all company operations and locations within your geographic area of responsibility.

As a charismatic and compassionate Leader, you know how to prioritize our frontline in providing services that cater to their welfare needs. You must be comfortable in tense and fast-paced situations, applying your critical thinking ability to make sound, on-the-spot decisions, when faced with crisis and calamities.

    By guiding and developing your team, you will provide necessary training to drive innovative thinking and high-quality technical project management capability. You must ensure your team can apply market knowledge, customer insights, as well as technical knowledge - for site project execution and development.

    Key success indicators for your role is the ability to partner with Operations and senior-level decision makers in ensuring that our employees are safe and secure while inside TaskUs premises.

    Being comfortable speaking in front of a crowd during crisis situations, and the ability to inspire and motivate others to help deepen their levels of ownership and accountability, is just as crucial to your success!
