  • Every role in SEAOIL contributes significantly to the company. Here’s a summary of what you will be doing in this job:

    Manages the recruitment activities and provides manpower requirements of company-owned and company-operated stations in a given area or region within turn-around time.

    Success in this role will require you to fulfill the following responsibilities:

    Manages end-to-end recruitment of station personnel in a given area/region

    Posts job openings in the company website, on-line search engines, and other sourcing methods as well as coordinates with third party manpower service providers to source applicants.

    Screens and schedules candidates for HR processing

    Conducts recruitment activities such as PESO job fair, university career fairs and others

    Ensures submission of initial requirements of candidates prior training

    Obtains medical clearance of candidates from the Company Nurse

    Endorses candidates for training and monitors training results

    Conducts background check of candidates

    Prepares and presents job offer to candidates

    Monitors and ensures submission of complete pre-employment requirements

    Enrolls new employees to Group Personal Accident Insurance

    Schedules, announces and monitors deployment of new employees

    Generates and updates reports such as but not limited to Applicant Tracking tools,Staffing Report, COCO directory, New Employee Template

    Coordinates with hiring managers to understand necessary aspects of the manpower needs and ensure that they are fully aligned with the recruitment process.

    Performs other related task that may be assigned from time to time

    Qualifications:

    Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, Organizational Communications, OD or HR - related courses

    At least 3 solid years of experience in end-to-end recruitment (sourcing to job offer) with 2 years of experience in volume hiring.

    Understands and knows how to speak in different dialects in the Visayas area.

    Has good experience in hiring for different areas in Visayas.

    A wide network or pool of candidates is a plus.
