  • We are seeking an Operations Reports Analyst to become an integral part of our team! You will be responsible for working with various business units to produce reports, reporting solutions and industry standard methodologies to provide Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to Sr. management personnel.

    Qualifications:

    • Must possess one (1) to two (2) years experience in report development in a corporate setting, required.

    • Knowledge of secure computing practices.

    • Good team player attitude, willing to work within a diverse team.

    • Good organizational skills, ability to organize data and reporting in a consistent manner.

    • Must demonstrate proficient Excel, MS Access and SQL skills.

    Job Description:

    • Work with operations and technical personnel to develop reports and capture Key performance Indicators.

    • Develop both high-level and detailed reports to be shared with internal and external parties.

    • Post reports internally for interdepartmental consumption.

    • Post reports for executive consumption.

    • Identify, track and report noted trending.

    • Prepare and present trends, dashboards and other data to internal team members.

    • Capture, document and work from business and technical requirements documents.
