Qualification:
- Proficient in MS Office a Applications, with advanced MS Excel skills
- Analytical , data driven
- Skilled in extraction of data from multiple sources
- Creative at Building reports to visualize data in story telling fashion
- Can ramp up quickly and is familiar with call center reporting and metrics
- Ability to decipher trends in data
- Ability to catch data discrepancies and highlight
- Ability to view data and highlight changes that indicate movement in metrics
- Plus is familiar with database query language SQL reporting from Amazon Aspect WFM
- MicroStrategy and Similar BI tools
- Willing to work Full Time
- Willing to start immediately
- Amenable to work onsite
Requirements
- Minimum education level: Bachelor´s Degree
- 2 years of experience
- Language(s): English
