  • PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES: (Include but not limited to:)

    • Display a CARE (Communicate, Appreciate, Respect, Educate) service culture to all internal and external parties.

    • Show integrity in all aspects of the position by doing the right thing, taking ownership and responsibility and delivering on the promise.

    • Proven clear and effective communication skills, a high degree of respect to your peers and managers. Support others within the team and be proactive.

    • Data extraction and preparation from myriad business intelligence systems, conduct data mining and analysis for stakeholder reporting with high accuracy and of good quality on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.

    • Maintain data history and proactively identify key trends. Provide commentary on trends, areas of opportunity and key learnings from statistical findings, key trends and visualisation

    • Assist Customer Experience Analyst in managing weekly and monthly tasks, as well as other adhoc duties upon request.

    KEY POSITION CRITERIA:

    • Ability to work in an autonomous role, multitask and meet tight deadlines (good time management is a must!)

    • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, including well developed interpersonal skills, proactive, curious, passionate and hungry for data and personal growth

    • A strong team player, professional and responsive to stakeholder needs with a passion for delivering consistent quality of work

    • A blend of structural, logical and analytical mind with a high degree of accuracy and exceptional problem solving skills

    • Proven ability to gather data and transform into key insights for stakeholders, as well as interpret technical information to non-technical audience

    • A minimum of 2 years of experience in data reporting role, including but not limited to data preparation, data mining and modelling, root cause analysis, data visualisation, and statistics

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, primarily Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot table, VBA) and PowerPoint

    • Exposure to Tableau is an advantage but not necessary
