Requirements:

At least high school graduate

Must have at least with educational background in Handling feasibility or theoretical studies (thesis)

Good listening, verbal and written communication skills

Must be willing to work ASAP

Must be willing to work Onsite



Responsibilities (including, but not limited to):



Daily:

Arrange business and personal travel with personal preference(s) in mind.

Effectively manage the time of the executive while removing administrative duties including complex calendar management, email management and expense management while communicating with Executive direct reports effectively.

Communicate effectively with clients, visitors, press, staff, and personal contacts. Execute any administrative tasks that are presented.

Prepare meeting agenda's and presentations.



Weekly:

Review the management system and upcoming events/meetings to ensure the executives are prepared.

Monthly:

Prepare and submit expense reports.

Monthly meeting to discuss following month's events, receive feedback, and be fully informed on necessary company decisions impacting both executive's schedules, productivity, and effectiveness.

Skills:

Strong organizational skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with attention to detail.

Advanced level written & verbal communication skills.

Demonstrates proactive approaches to problem solving with strong decision-making capability.

Emotional maturity.

Highly resourceful team player with the ability to work well independently.
