    The Research Assistant will be responsible for generating and preparing qualified leads for the Sales Team’s outbound activity.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Conducts market research through outbound calls, search engine platforms, and LinkedIn Sales
    Navigator
    • Maintains the database of leads containing contact details and company information
    • Sends connection requests to Recommender and Decision Maker prospects in LinkedIn
    • Updates leads information in the CRM/Sales Tracker
    • Provides data entry and sales support to the in-house Sales Team
    • Prepares daily and weekly reports and recommendations for performance improvements
    • Takes part in weekly and monthly alignment meetings

    Skills and Qualifications:

    • Data entry and lead qualification experience preferred
    • Experience using CRM, Office365 (particularly MS Excel), and social media platforms
    • Keen attention to details
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Honest, passionate, self-motivated and able to work in a fast-paced team environment
    • Results driven; can meet and exceed lead targets.
