Description
Candidates must possess at least Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management/Tourism/Hotel Management or any related field.
At least 5 years of managerial working experience specifically in resort operations management.
Strong understanding of resort management's best practices.
Proficient in events and restaurant management, reservations, customer service, marketing, health and safety and regulatory compliance administration.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Confident, articulate and with professional speaking abilities.
Highly analytical with in-depth knowledge in financial activities such as budgeting of funds and expenses, food costing and establishing rates for entrances and activities.
With excellent leadership skills.
Preferably a resident in Island Garden City of Samal.
