  • - Graduate of International School of Culinary Arts, Hotel Management, BS Management, Economics, or Any Related Courses.

    - With at Least Proven Work Experience as Restaurant Manager, Restaurant General Manager, or Similar Role an Advantage.

    - Responsible in Maintaining Restaurant's Profitability and Over - All Food Operations.

    Can Manage Production, Productivity, Control Operational Costs, Quality and Customer - Service Standards.

    - Management Skills and Experience in Handling Front and Back of the House. This includes Essential to Hire Chefs, Cooks, Dining Staff, Frontliners,

    - Minimum Role to Handle Health and Safety Restaurant Regulations, Staff Work Schedule.
