    The Restaurant Operations Manager will lead the establishment and development of the restaurant operations, and be responsible for the efficient management, operations and maintenance of the restaurant in accordance to the company quality services and cleanliness standards.

    DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    ACTUAL OPERATION

    Manage day to day operations to ensure compliance in defining standards.

    Monitor, coach, and mentor key personnel and staffs to enhance their knowledge and skills.

    Ensure customer satisfaction by maintaining quality standard, services, cleanliness, and hospitality practice.

    Oversee shifts, employee scheduling, and deployment.

    Help devise marketing strategies that widen brand awareness and generate new and repeat customers.

    Create way to communicate with customers to learn about their level of satisfaction and captures feedback that are instrumental to the improvement of the dining services.

    Formulate and recommend cost efficiency measures.

    Analyze and formulate appropriate quality performance standards for operational efficiency.

    Determine and recommend the appropriate position and number of manpower needed and describe and

    define the roles and responsibilities.

    QUALIFICATIONS

    Strong ability to determine the needs in setting up a new business (Restaurant).

    Knowledgeable in collating business requirements, securing permits and related documents.

    Detail oriented and has strong organizational skills including project management.

    Strong analytical skills

    Excellent leadership and people management capability in coaching, developing and managing a team.

    Demonstrate high customer management orientation, with the ability to make decisions to ensure customer satisfaction.

    At least 10 years experience in managing restaurant operations.

    Preferably Assistant Manager/Manager specialized in Food/Beverage/Restaurant Service or equivalent.

    Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce, Marketing, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Food & Beverage Services Management or equivalent.
