  • *Responsibilities:

    - Maintaining the inbox of all purchase orders received by filing into data base and converting quote to job

    - Maintaining the Completions Inbox by receipting/filing of subcontractor invoices and paperwork

    - Raising invoices at job completion and sending to customer accounts departments

    - Supporting National Project Administration Coordinator where required

    *Requirements

    - Intermediate word and excel skills

    - Attention to detail

    - Communicate effectively through email and Teams

    - Flexible with the ability to prioritise

    - Able to work autonomously

  • Minimum education level: Bachelor´s Degree
  • Years of experience: 1
