  • Job Objective

    Takes charge of ensuring High Service Station Quality standards, achievement of sales forecasts, and profitability of all stations under the designated area.

    Responsibilities:

    Plans and ensures executions of programs on Service Station Quality Standards in all stations under.

    Plans and coordinates Local Service Station Marketing programs with Marketing Department ensuring its timely and effective execution.

    Ensures achievement of station sales forecasts and profitability of all Service Stations.

    Leads and guides Station Managers and Business Partners in his/her area to successfully and profitably operate stores/stations while using and appreciating Operating Systems, Standards, and support.

    Evaluate the performance of all stations under his are in accordance with company objectives and plans.

    Keeps track of all relevant operational concerns that may affect Service Station performance by conducting one-on-one or group meetings with the Service Station Management Team and Business Partners.

  • Minimum education level: Bachelor´s Degree
  • Years of experience: 2
  • Language(s): ,English ,Tagalog
  • Driver's license: Car ,Passenger transportation vehicles
  • Availability for travel: Yes
  • Availability for change of residence: No
