    To provide high level of customer assistance, deal with all casino guest accommodation or reservations, arrange transportation for Marketing Department, Business Development and Widus Rewards Club, make confirmation calls to guests with bookings, and handle due-in and due-out of guest, consistent with the set policies and procedures of the department.

    To support superiors in accomplishing shift’s requirements in Casino Events and Promotions, Player Development and Business Development to ensure guest satisfaction during their entire stay;

    - To coordinate and cooperate with other internal departments to achieve department’s goals and objectives.


    - Graduate of four (4) year collegiate course.

    - Familiar with MS Office applications;

    - Average communication skills in both Filipino and English.

    - Must have excellent leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

    - Must be detail-oriented and thorough with prompt, flexible working hours.

    - Like interacting with players, with good problem solving skills and able to resolve issues that may arise.

  • Minimum education level: Bachelor´s Degree
  • Language(s): English ,Tagalog
  • Knowledge: Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word, Windows, Accountability for mistakes and errors, Adaptation to change, Team building, Customer Support, Teamwork
