Roles and Responsibilities

- Provide administrative support to the Safety team

o Contractor compliance management

o Incident reporting and investigation

- Liaise with operational managers on safety and compliance issues and opportunities

- Provide timely and accurate updates and analysis on relevant safety and compliance data

- Develop and maintain safety and compliance PowerBi Dashboards

- Develop and maintain training materials and presentations relating to Risk and Safety

- Perform internal compliance audits, and assist with external compliance audits

- Support the implementation of strategies that can improve existing WHS, Chain of Responsibility and Contractor Management processes

Required Experience

- Previous experience in the area

- Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

- Intermediate skills in PowerBi and/or other data visualization platforms are desirable

- Certificate IV- TAE or TAA workplace training and assessment is desirable

- ICAM qualification or similar is desirable
