JOB SUMMARY
Review all potential risk factors involved in different clients of the company. Provides reports on how will the company safeguard an organization against risk.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
A. Player Risk
Provide Risk and Compliance to the Company’s daily operation.
Execute governance to the internal system in order to detect and prevent any fraudulent financial transactions that might causes financial losses to the company/ customers.
Execute R&C Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) accordingly, conduct risk assessment, audit review, monitoring and solve any compliance/ security problems.
Maintain proper and systematic documentation of R&C related reports.
Assist in improving R&C Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and investigation methods, implement required changes to minimize risks and enhance the internal control.
Contribute to training and development to the team, providing advice, guidance and support to ensure the smooth running of the team.
Undertake other tasks as assigned.
B. KYC (Know Your Customer)
Conduct KYC procedures on the customers to assess and monitor customer risks.
Understand and adhere to KYC Policies and Procedures.
Facilitate customer identification program to verify the customers and avoid and criminal risks.
Assist Customer Service Team on KYC inquiries and guidelines in order to minimize customer risks and maximize customer satisfaction.
Undertake other tasks as assigned.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
At least 1-3 years working experiences as R&C Team Leader.
Must have knowledge in KYC, AML, Euro Payment and working experiences in online gaming settings.
Proficient in Ms Excel.
Must be willing to work shifts and weekend

- Minimum education level: Bachelor´s Degree
- 1 year of experience
- Knowledge: Microsoft Excel
