Offer description

Responsibilities of Roving Associates:

1. To provide excellent customer service when processing account services to clients;

2. Process various customer service functions including but not limited to cash and check collections, delivery and others with high degree of of efficiency and accuracy

3. Maintain and balance cash and check receipts and transfers within established policy limits

4. Maintain customer confidence and protects operations by following the Privacy Policy and Protocols.

5. Complies with the company procedures and follows regulatory, operational and security guidelines.

Requirements

• Minimum education level: Bachelor´s Degree
• 1 year of experience
• Language(s): English
• Knowledge: Microsoft Excel
• Availability to travel: Yes
• Availability of change of residence: Yes
