Technical knowledge to build BOTs/ Automations on various platforms as per the solution design. Manager responsibilities include participating in all phases of the BOT/ Automation development lifecycle. passionate specialists involved in creating the newest solutions dedicated to RPA, Artificial Intelligence, and machine learning processes, we are looking for team player candidates with the attitude to cope with challenges on a daily basis and to manage the team.

Responsibilities

• Should be able to measure and assess BOT performance and suggest enhancements

• Responsible for being part of client calls and presenting the use case/ Automation proposal/ Storyboard.

• Responsible to manage the team and enhance their development skills

• Responsible for overseeing the initial infrastructure setup for development, testing, production environments and exploring the server and other RPA deployment options.

• Responsible for implementing best practices to make sure the team follows proper coding standards and guidelines.

• Should be able to identify tech feasibility and solution optimization.

• Responsible for effort estimation, SDD, Architecture diagram, WBS, conduct standup hurdles/ technical meetings, sprint meetings during the project.

• Responsible for identifying reusable components that can save duplicate effort and defining how to manage configurable parameters, queues, and schedules of Robots to optimize the cost and execution time. Should be able to document and describe outstanding challenges and create logs to track challenges that may or may not be taken care of during the implementation.

• Responsible for peer review, practicing TPSC, Audit, UAT, internal test logs to ensure there are minimal bugs and the solution is compliant and robust.

• Responsible for R&D, team branding, team upskilling and building POCs based on the market trends.

• Responsible and accountable for maintaining the RPA Library/ repository Serve as final escalation point for automation execution and architectural issues Monitor and maintain license utilization and subscriptions Key performance index to be set and to be delivered.

• Minimum 4 years’ experience as RPA Developer

• High competency in implementing automation tools such as UI Path, Automation Anywhere, etc.

• Experience of working in an Agile environment

• Experience in either process assessment, business process mapping and improvement with automation feasibility

• Experience in Microsoft Technology (combination of SQL, VB .NET, Windows, Internet Explorer, SQL Server, Web Services)

• Flexible in approach to travel to client site

• Involved in IT strategy and transformation engagements (IT long range plan, roadmap, operating model, governance, enterprise architecture, etc.)

• For the manager role RPA certifications would be preferable

• Proficient in: written and verbal communication, presentation, client service and technical writing skills,

• Strong organizational, analytical and system thinking skills

• Experience with Process Improvement/Optimization

• Experience with the Waterfall or Agile software development processes

• Ability to work well with business analysts, programmers, vendors, and end users in cross functional teams

• Strong Microsoft Office skills

PMO/ BA experience would be added advantage
