  • Job Description

    Coordinates with SA (Lipa) with regard to the correct price color monitoring, giving the accurate TPP (Inner Lot/End Lot/Corner Lot) During RF.

    Monitors account/s, updates of inventory and inform the same to the Sales Administrative Supervisor and selling units.

    Update Sales Report time to time especially when there is a Sale

    Prepare House Construction Report Schedule for all Clients

    Collects the RF documents / requirements and Computation Sheet from SA Lipa.

    Files the e-201 file of the client forwarded by the SA-Lipa.

    Prepares and routes Official Computation and monthly amortization schedule of the buyer to the concerned department.

    Coordinates with Customer Care Assistant regarding the documents for signature.

    Print Legal Documents and transmit to SA Lipa for client’s signature.

    Routes and monitors documents for signature (OSMA Representative) and conduct necessary course of action including notarization.

    Monitors full DP buyers and forwards to Loans Department all requirements for processing of loan and its Bank Application Form (for CTS Financing & End-User).

    Prepares Memo with details of Client for payment of creditable withholding tax. (1606 FORM).

    Maintains an E-file of completely signed documents.

    Forwards all Original Transfer of Title, Deed of Absolute Sale, Tax Declaration & OR of Real Property Tax of the current year to the corresponding bank as compliance to the Deed of Undertaking.

    Bank receiving copy must be forwarded to Lipa Office.

    Prepares documents for transfer of title and complete requirements DOAS clearance.

    Forwards and follow-ups any inter-department (OSMA) request from Lipa Office.

    Prepares memo for re-open unit, change unit including HMCF.

    Safe keeps clients original 201 files, MRI forms and Clients Legal Documents.

    Monitors and files RFP for Buyers Promo.

    Other functions that may be assigned from time to time

    Minimum Qualifications

    Graduate of Accountancy, Financial Management, Financial Accounting, Marketing, Business Administration or any related course

    With at least 6 months related experience

    With real estate background is an advantage

    Strong analytical and planning skills

    Good communication and presentation skills

    Excellent problem-solving skills
