*Must have a background in the Sales industry, especially in construction materials

*Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

*Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with both customers and suppliers

*Experience using computers for a variety of tasks

*gather new leads and prospects

*prepare quotations and negotiate to convert them into sales.

*will conduct product presentations and attend site meetings if needed.

*build and maintain good rapport with clients.

*will prepare a monthly sales report to be submitted last working day of the month.

*sample requests and schedules of application to be coordinated with the manager or any point person.

*Willing to be assigned in the Ortigas area.

• Minimum education level: Bachelor´s Degree
• 1 year of experience
• Knowledge: Microsoft Excel, Communication and persuasion, Sales
