  • POSITION: Sales Account Manager

    Qualifications:

    Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management / or equivalent
    Excellent Customer Service and Interpersonal Skills
    Possesses active listening skills with a keen attention to details
    Must be hardworking, honest and responsible
    At least one (2-3) year working experience
    With good oral and written communication skills
    Highly organized and with proven ability to work in fast-paced environment
    Willing to work for extended hours

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Meets sales financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; monthly/quarterly projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products revenue; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.
    • Manage the sales administration function, operational performance reporting, streamlining processes and systems wherever possible, and advising senior management on maximizing business relationships and creating an environment where customer service can flourish.
    • Establishes productive and professional relationships with key personnel (stakeholder and executive sponsors) in all jurisdictive customer accounts by making periodic visits; exploring specific needs; anticipating new opportunities.
    • Coordinates the involvement of company personnel, including support, service, finance, logistics, production and other management resources, in order to meet account performance objectives and customers’ expectations.
    • Proactively leads a joint company-strategic account planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones including customer quarterly performance review.
    • Assist with high sensitivity request or issue escalations as needed.
    • Implements national sales programs by developing field sales action plans.
    • Accomplishes sales and marketing human resource objectives by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing job contributions; planning and reviewing compensation actions; enforcing policies and procedures of subordinates to accomplish specific objectives.
    • Responsible for monitoring the performance of assigned sales team by establishing a system of reports and communications involving sales reports.
    • Plan and implement a specific appraisal system that describes the responsibilities and performance standards for each member of the sales team, set individual territory sales and commission targets and administer the commission plan.
    • Achieves sales and marketing operational objectives by contributing information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans; implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving problems; completing audits; identifying trends; determining system improvements; implementing change.
    • Determines annual and gross-profit plans by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products; analyzing trends and results; establishing pricing strategies; recommending selling prices; monitoring costs, competition, supply, and demand. Maintains sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors.
    • Maintains professional, management and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
    • Accomplishes sales and marketing objectives by planning, developing, implementing, and evaluating advertising, merchandising, and trade promotion programs; developing field sales action plans.
    • Identifies marketing opportunities by identifying consumer requirements; defining market, competitor's share, and competitor's strengths and weaknesses; forecasting projected business; establishing targeted market share.
    • Improves product marketability and profitability by researching, identifying, and capitalizing on market opportunities; improving product packaging; coordinating new product development.
    • Provides information by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.
    • Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential.
    • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
    • Other responsibilities which may be assign by immediate superior.

    Accountabilities & Performance Measures:

    • Achieve assigned revenue in designated department/territory/branch including account managers target achievement.
    • Meets assigned expectations for profitability including MOM/QOQ/YOY account revenue growth.
    • Maintains high customer satisfaction ratings that meet company standards.
    • Completion of assigned reports considering accuracy (e.g. forecast management, pipeline management, account database, supply and demand, others)
    • Strategic business planning.
