  • Responsibilities:

    1. Coordination of deliveries (delivery workers and customers).

    2. Receives and print Purchase Orders from portal and emails of phone-in orders.

    3. Reply to email inquiries of customers (internal and external).

    Qualifications:

    - College graduate of any business related course

    - At least 1 year working experience doing the same work from any FMCG Company

    - Computer literate, proficient in MS Word/Excel, organized in documentation

    - Advantage: Logistics and Sales Order Processing experience, a plus

    - Very good interpersonal and communication skills

    - Willing to work during Saturdays and willingness to be assigned in Malabon City

  • Requirements

  • Minimum education level: Bachelor´s Degree
  • Years of experience: 1
  • Language(s): Tagalog ,English
  • Knowledge: Microsoft Excel, Numbers, Customer service, Communication and persuasion, Time Management, Initiative, Goal-oriented, Reports
  • Availability for travel: No
  • Availability for change of residence: No
