  • Job description:

    Work with the technical engineer and salespeople to provide quotes to customers.

    Completing vendor questionnaires.

    Work closely with Service Desk and monitor data accuracy at ticketing systems.

    Prepare and circulate monthly reports according to regular schedule.

    Assist in PO/Invoicing.

    Providing ad hoc admin support as required.

    Essential skills:

    Strong interpersonal skills.

    Commercial acumen (good with numbers)

    Attentive to details.

    Strong organisational skills.

    IT skills - proficient with MS Office tools

    Ability to work as part of a team but also under own initiative

    Strong English communication skills.
