  • QUALIFICATIONS:

    - Graduate of BS Business Administration Major in Marketing Management or any related course.

    - With at least 1-2 years of meaningful experience in the field of Sales Administration/Marketing.

    - Creative, keen to details, analytical.

    - Available to work in Makati.

    DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    - Branch production report. (WSR)

    - Mancom sales report (print out and Powerpoint)

    - Excomm sales update.

    - Monthly promo qualifier checking.

    - GSA/ Garden League meeting (sales drive rank update).

    - GSA meeting monthly report requirements of the VP, Sales & Marketing

    - Month sales update (with comparison vs. previous year) DTP, Lots, Accounts)

    - 5-year historical data updating (DTP, Lots, Accounts)

    - Per-product sales performance update

    - Per month actual sales vs commitment of each branch

    - Average productive RSCs per month

    - RUM Milestone update

    - Retention level update

    - YTD Cost rate of promotions

    - Consolidation of branch and HO budgets for major events

    - Sales Drive winner checking

    - GAAN raffle checking and generation

    - Local event support

  • 1 year of experience
