  • Job Description

    The Sales Admin Manager shall be responsible for the supervision and monitoring of all activities of the staff under the Sales Admin Department.

    Responsible for effective and timely execution of all the duties under the department

    Oversee all documentation, quality checking, file setting up, and requirements completion for all clients

    Safeguard all client documents that are in custody of the Sales Admin Department

    Establish strong relationships with clients. Handle complaints, provide readily available solutions, and follow up to ensure resolution

    Serve as a point of contact for coordination with the Sales & Marketing Department

    Act as immediate consultant of all the departments for handling and responding to client inquiries and concerns

    Represent the department on all coordination and management meetings

    Minimum Qualifications

    Graduate of a 4 year Business Course

    With at least 5 years relevant work experience

    Excellent interpersonal skills

    Team dynamic skills

    Strong analytical and problem solving skills

    Excellent communication and presentation skills

    Excellent organizational skills

    Time management skills

    Decision making skills

    Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy in preparing and entering information

    Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
