    Description



  • • Organizes and supervises the sales/accounts generated and booked by the Sales Team

    • Ensure that the entire Sales Team is updated with all project and process updates

    • Coordinates and supervises the activities including roadshows

    • Ensure that all needed documents are approved prior to activity implementation

    • Implements the approved incentive programs by disseminating and communicating the mechanics and guidelines properly to all sellers; ensures that it is fairly applied and processed

    • Ensure that allowances, commissions and incentives are properly monitored, processed on time and released based on the policies and guidelines set

    • Ensures accuracy of submitted sales information being used

    • Ensure that company policies are strictly followed and that all internal issues and/or concerns are resolved immediately to avoid delays

    • Assists in gathering necessary information and supporting documents related to any issues and concerns escalated by sales teams

    • In-charge of recording all accredited Network Partner/Sales Associate and/or Broker in the Sales System by ensuring that all company requirements are met and submitted and that the necessary support is provided in generating sales

    • Monitors Buyer milestone payments, collection past due accounts and recommendations for cancellation of accounts to Credit and Collection or Finance

    • Facilitates all Sales Operations budget requests by processing request, monitoring release and eventual submission/clearance of liquidation reports to Finance for any budget released to the Sales team

    Coordinate and reconcile all sales production records and account status of each team member based on the policies with Accounting

    • Monitors and ensures that the sales delivery and booking timelines are strictly followed by the Sales Team (i.e. conversion of Reservation to Booked Sale, Booking Sales Reservations in the Sales System and real time updating of inventory based on booking)

    • Maintains the total manpower headcount thru close coordination with training and recruitment

    • Conducts weekly meetings with the Sales Directors and other departments for proper communication and cascading of information regarding promos, project inventory, updated pricing & payment terms, upcoming sales activities, disputes/issues or special requests currently being processed

    • Reviews computation of sales commissions, incentives and allowances before any release is made to the seller

    • Ensures that all leads generated by company-funded activations are properly recorded and uploaded in the system. Monitors the property tagging, status and eventual conversion of leads to sales per team

    • Ensures that all presentation materials of company products and services used by the seller is accurate and updated by coordinating with departments concerned

    • Coordinates with Marketing and Business Development all sales support requirements for any and all activations

    • Prepares periodic sales reports for discussion during MANCOM and other required meetings thereof by either the Head of Sales or President

    • Monitors the Direct Sales and Marketing Expenses ensuring that expenses do not exceed annual budget or have met the agreed Cost-To Sales Ratio target

    • Recommends together with the Sales Directors, best practices and processes applicable that is aimed at increasing productivity and efficiency without additional cost or will result in less cost
