  • Job Descriptions:

    Preparation of all document support needed by the Sales team

    Liaise with the Logistics department to ensure timely deliveries

    Maintain and update sales and customer records

    Develop monthly sales reports and makes sure that salespersons are on track with sales goals

    Stay up-to-date with new products and features of the product

    Supporting the sales force with general operations to help reach the team’s objectives.

    Dealing with and responding to high volumes of emails.

    Takes sales information and puts it into an easily readable format

    Meets with other departments to make sure that all materials needed by the sales department are always available

    Provides any necessary data or reports to the sales team

    Exerts attention to detail, as customers may have the same problems; reports the problems as necessary

    Arranges appointments with clients and sales team if necessary

    Arranges travel and accommodations for any salesperson that is meeting clients outside of the office if necessary

    Does any necessary administrative work including filing reports or presenting the sales team with necessary documents

    Qualification(s):

    College graduate of any relevant field

    With at least 1 to 3 years of experience

    Experience in administration and high-volume office work may be advantageous.

    Proven work experience as a Sales administrator

    Well versed in IT skills, for example, Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.

    Understanding of sales performance metrics

    Excellent organizational and multitasking skills

    A team player with a high level of dedication

    Ability to work under strict deadlines

    Ability to prioritize own workload

    Strong communication skills.

    An administrative or sales background.

    Must be detail-oriented.

    Reporting Skills

    An understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.

    The ability to multitask and quickly switch your focus.

    Experience in administration and high-volume office work may be advantageous.
