    Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Process new listings ensuring compliance with all legal documents

    • Manage the new listing and campaign management procedure

    • Book & confirm photography and marketing when required

    • Ensure marketing funds are paid

    • Issue Form 10’s, tenant consent forms, entry notices and liasing with tenants when required

    • Order all printed and digital marketing collateral for property campaigns

    • Launch properties ensuring 100% accuracy in property information

    • Vendor feedback reports

    • Coordinate social media marketing

    • Liaise with media for PR opportunities

    • Prepare appraisal and listing packs when required

    • Organise settlement gifts

    • Request testimonials on behalf of

    • Coordinate personal agent marketing (Anniversary gifts, Christmas cards etc.)

    • Other administration and tasks as requested by clients

    • Contract administration and following the new sales procedure

    • Follow up status of special conditions, searches and progress of the conveyance process

    • Email invoices for commission

    • Maintain a high level of attention to detail and accuracy when completing documents

    • Provide 11/10 customer service

    • Provide general operational support under the direction of the General Manager

    Qualifications and Experience:

    • Graduate of BS in Office Admin, Business Management or similar

    • At least 1 year of previous real estate experience or relevant admin background

    • Proficient in MS Office and Google Apps

    • Ability to learn new tools and systems quickly

    • High attention to detail

    • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written

    • Ability to communicate effectively with strong personalities

    • Able to handle high volume administration

    • Positive, hardworking upbeat personality

    • Must be willing to work in Clark, Pampanga
