  • Job Description:

    Assist with sales process for the agents and provides

    administration support in terms of appraisal documents, listing presentation documents, listing properties, designing marketing, exchanges and settlements.

    Also responsible for maintaining databases, general business communications and preparing reports.

    Key Functions:

    • Updating Property and Client’s details online

    • Manage administration procedures for each Contract of Sale

    • Responsible for creating marketing appraisal letter

    • Creating Marketing Calendar

    • Listing Presentation Documents

    • Keeping compliance documents/records

    • Accurately processing sales files

    • Booking Auction Schedule

    • Ensure Contract of Sale has been exchanged/executed correctly

    • Sales Trust Receipting

    • Respond to questions and requests of the Agent

    • Maintaining the database and monitoring key dates

    • Relationship management

    • Update weekly reports

    • Letters

    • Open For Inspection updates

    • Miscellaneous Projects

    Skills Required:

    • Excellent communication skills - verbal, listening and written

    • Excellent organisational and administrative skills - ability to prioritise

    • Word processing, knowledge/experience with Microsoft Outlook, Excel,

    Internet (essential)

    • Superior Attention to Detail
