  • Roles and Responsibilities:
    The Pre-sales Administrator is responsible for supporting the sales team on creating quotations, allocating opportunities to the B2C sales team, assisting on checking through orders before processing, managing and monitoring the progress of electronic direct mailer for B2C and B2B prospects, assisting in organising priority of projects, and ensuring project deadlines are met.

    The Pre-sales Administrator is also expected to engage in online seeding to generate leads via social media platforms, support company BIM projects in reaching out to prospective clients via email and call, review current process, identify challenges and comes up with solutions to fix the issue, enter and update customer information in the database, keep records of calls and sales then identify useful information, and manage company lead input and refund processes.

    Required Experience:
    Experience working as a Telesales Representative or other Sales or Customer Service role 
    Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone

    Minimum Qualifications:
    Educational qualifications relevant and appropriate to the skills required for the position

    A Successful Candidate must have:
    Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects
    Ability to handle rejection and remain cool-tempered at all times
    Ability to work well with others and willingness to learn and communicate across departments 
    Ability to work in smaller teams with good oversight for multiple tasks on hand
    Excellent English communication skills to maintain business relationships with corporate clients and international FIDI companies
    Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
    Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. Database, CRM software) and telephone systems
