    Sales Administrator

    Duties and Responsibilities:


    • Involvement in the gathering, analysing, documenting and validating the requirements of customers in order to support the production of quotes / proposals with accurate work efforts and timelines

    • Supporting the sales resources in producing proposals incorporating

    - Determining the right product required for a solution as agreed with sales

    - Completing pricing by getting cost price for components and adding agreed margins

    - Confirming availability of products

    - Assembling proposal documents with correct product information

    • Tracking deals in the CRM and providing reporting and updates on pipeline

    • Coordinating lead management with marketing for follow-up post campaigns

    • Maintaining CRM updates and customer data

    • Following up smaller customer deals

    • Assisting in researching new customer markets / segments

    • Assisting in collating vendor materials / promotions and updating awareness in the business

    • Maintaining and improving standard quote / proposal templates

    • Updating our library of vendor product information and pricing

    • Sending out information to incoming enquiries

    • Assisting Marketing Manager on campaigns and reporting

    Customer Success

    • Liaising with Project Coordinator to understand project completions and outcomes

    • Conducting post-onboarding satisfaction surveys and facilitating the resolution of any dissatisfaction or issues

    • Organising new client celebrations and end of project celebrations with marketing manager

    • Liaising with the sales team to support deepening of relationships with new and existing accounts to grow their advocacy, satisfaction and annual spend

    Qualifications and Experience:

    • Degree in Business or Information Technology

    • At least 1 to 3 years of Sales Administrator experience

    • Experience in Sales activities (e.g. research, quotations, proposal assembly, pricing spreadsheets)

    • Intermediate MS Excel and MS Word skills

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

    • Strong analytical and problem-solving ability with a comfort of making decisions independently

    • High level of accuracy and attention to details

    • Motivated and capability to own the role

    • The willingness and ability to complete your job responsibilities with minimal supervision and a high degree of autonomy

    • Ability to think outside the box

    • A friendly, engaging and positive disposition

    • Proven track record in being extremely detail conscious, diligent, neat and organised

    • A solid understanding of general information technology and industry terminology

    • First-rate interpersonal and negotiating skills

    • Comfortable facilitating and managing meetings both with individuals and groups

    • A demonstrated ability to think laterally, to devise new solutions given a range of inputs and bring a sense of “can-do” to achieving outcomes

    • An enthusiasm for being a key part of multiple teams and being the “glue” that draws in effective collaboration from the sales, technical and management resources to ensure great outcomes

    • Ideally with exposure or experience in technology related businesses

    • Experience in MS Dynamics or any sales CRM (e.g. SalesForce, HubSpot) would be an advantage
