Handles sales related process documentation. Once completed, these documents should be
submitted for verification and evaluation to the Sales after Support Senior Consultant. This
will serve to evaluate the accuracy of the information to be documented and disseminated.
 Sales after Support Junior Consultant will be responsible for validating sales using internal
tools created for this purpose. This will be the basis for commissions given
 Sales after Support Junior Consultant will be involved in a weekly evaluation on items related
to the following:
Common Errors encountered by the department pertaining but not limited to company sales
strategies, processes, tools usage, customer service ethics and professional standards.
 Sales after Support Junior Consultant is responsible for monitoring Sales performance of
specific agents, specific teams and the entire sales team. This includes monitoring
performance trends and procedure violations.
 Develop and maintain training modules and audit sales results for sales management
purposes. Sales after Support Junior Consultant will be tasked to design and update training
programs set for newly hired/authorized agents and agents recalled for special trainings.
Sales after Support Junior Consultant will ensure that training programs are timely and
updated to ensure sales targets are met or exceeded through Sales skills development. The
training program may require the Sales after Support Junior Consultant to be involved in the
following methods of instructions:
1. Instructor in a Classroom Type Discussion
2. Coach in a call simulation exercise, Tool familiarization, and virtual tour to the Online
Services, 1&1 Product Matrices and Sales after Support Conversion Techniques
3. Give out exams and other forms of evaluation that aims to measure the agents’ general
performance during the entire training program.
4. Provide recommendations and feedback on the agents’ sales performance that will serve
as the basis for Sales agent retention and re-training
 Sales after Support Junior Consultant will serve as supervisors for Sales trainees during the
entire training period. They will be in-charge to ensure that the agent will be given proper
orientation on sales strategies needed by them to be able to meet sales targets.
1. Each Consultant should ensure that trainees are strategically distributed in the training.
This will ensure that they all seat in a conducive area where it is not affected by shift
flows.
2. Each Consultant should work as a back up to co-advisors/trainers and they should
complement in their work assignments and the training program in general
3. They should ensure that trainees who are taking live calls will be monitored and be
assisted in refining their approach to closing sales. Sales Support Consultant should
ensure
that no team on Sales training is left unattended
4. They will serve as the team’s supervisor in the duration of the training period. This role
includes guiding/instructing the trainees on items pertaining but not limited to break
schedules,
training schedules, work assignments, workstations, etc.

Company.
 Creates and preserves the most favorable Company image by conducting all functions in the
most ethical and fair manner.
 Administers all assigned functions consistent with and in support to the goal of the
company.
Requirements:
Formal Qualifications:
Education or training in Computer Science, IT or equivalent experience
1 to 2+ years of related experience
Job Specifics:
With strong Leadership skills and highly organize
Report creation and analysis
Knowledgeable in technical data processing systems
Has basic understanding in sales
Knowledge in webhosting products is an advantage

Requirements

• Minimum education level: Bachelor´s Degree
• 2 years of experience
• Language(s): English
