  • Job Summary :
    • Responsible for managing incoming and outgoing of stocks
    • Monitors and Maintains current Inventory levels, performs physical count of Inventory and reconciles actual stock count to computer generated reports.
    • Process purchasing orders as required
    • Tracks Orders & Investigates Problems
    • Assist the Sales Supervisor / Regional Sales Supervisor with the preparation and management of the Annual Sales


    Budget & Expenditures.
    • Timely collection of all customers payments / trade account receivables
    • Responsible for the B.O Management
    • Verifies clerical computations against Physical Count of Stock and adjusts errors in computation or count and reports reasons for discrepancies to the Management.

    Specific Duties & Responsibilities

    1. Responsible in ensuring complete details of the Customer Information in his/her Accounts Masterlist.
    2. Identifies, develops and saturates market potential through the help of assigned distributor assigned in the territory.
    3. Initiates action to replenish stock by processing purchase orders and other related paperworks (.e.g. invoicing) .
    4. Inspects Delivery and or Receiving of stocks for accuracy and completeness, and resolves inconsistencies .
    5. Responsible in monitoring the Inventory for Good Stocks and Bad Stocks
    6. Responsible in record keeping for Accounts Receivable for accuracy and maintains Zero – Overdue Accounts (ZODA).
    7. Prepares reports, such as Inventory balance, Accounts Receivable Monitoring, Competitor’s Price and Standing.
    8. Trade Checking and Monitoring of Stocks from time to time.
    9. Monitors and ensures the timely collection of customers payment and trade accounts receivables. Ensures that the same are remitted either directly to the bank or to the head office.
    10. Attends to customer complaints and recommends solution to it with the help of your Regional Sales Supervisor / Managing Director.
    11. Ensures appropriate and adequate product display in accounts handles by his/her distributors.
    12. Coordinates and Supervises merchandisers assigned to direct or distributor’s account.
    13. Conducts Market evaluation by doing the following:
    a. Gathers weekly information on competitor’s activities, pricing, placement’s market share and other sales information.
    b. Assess market potential in terms of the number of client and market share through sales mapping against available universe.
    14. Performs other tasks that may be assigned to him/her from time to time by his/her immediate supervisor.

  • Minimum education level: Bachelor´s Degree
  • Language(s): Tagalog
