  • JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
    • Candidate must have a College/Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work, Community Development, or other relevant courses.
    • Preferably with license
    • No experience required.
    • Must have a good computer and database skills.
    • Must be knowledgeable in MS applications.
    • Has good communication, analytical, organization and interpersonal skills.

    JOB SUMMARY:
    • Assists in developing and implementing programs for community development.
    • Monitors implemented projects/programs.
    • Assess and evaluates effectiveness of projects/programs.
    • Analyzes and processes the impact of various projects/programs.
    • Suggests and strategies activities to sustain company’s competitive edge.

  • Minimum education level: Bachelor´s Degree
  • Language(s): Tagalog ,English
  • Knowledge: Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word
