  • Qualifications

    > At least 5 years experiences in Customer Service, preferably in the manufacturing of packaging products (e.g. corrugating materials, cartons, boxes, and plastic bubbles)

    > Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or other business degree> Has proficient computer skills to prepare production planning> Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal

    > Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal> Strong people skills

    > Excellent Phone Etiquette in communicating with several customers

    > Outstanding organizational skills, particularly in managing the supply chain between and among sales, suppliers, production, accounting (for payments), warehousing & delivery

    > Preferably lives in Dasmarinas, or Carmona or nearby, or in Laguna

    Job Description

    For Sales:

    · Formulate sales strategies for the existing and future product lines of the Company

    · Discuss with customers regarding their needs and designs and communicating the same to the designer and across the supply chain (i.e. production, customer representative, warehousing & logistics, accounting)

    · Prepare sales forecasts with breakdowns as may be required by top management

    · Prepare historical sales for past periods and provides analyses for sales performances for future directions

    · Manage sales activities of other sales staffs· Manage sales activities of other sales staffs

    · Other sales & marketing activities as may be assigned by Operations Manager

    For Customer Services:

    · Overseeing and Assessing customer service staff activities, and providing them with regular performance-related feedback.

    · Strategizing and Monitoring daily activities of customer service operation.

    · Assisting customer service staff with required duties

    · Training and Guiding staff in the areas of proper customer service relationship and company policies.

    · Monitoring and authenticating returns, exchanges and voids

    · Investigating and solving customer service complaints

    · Assisting in the development and implementation of policies and explaining this to the staffs and customers

    · Maintaining of pertinent document to various customer service activities

    · Performing other duties required when needed

    Basic Salary: PHP 25,000 - PHP 30,000 + Commission
